Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to request a return, please read the policy below.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
RMA required (returns by authorization only)
To start a return, you must contact us first at cauafragac2008@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Return address
The return address is provided by email after your RMA is approved.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
