Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & delivery

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Address accuracy
